In a time of instant food, instant replays, instant gratification and the constant commercial and peer pressure to consume ever more so we’ll be even happier, it helps sometimes to press the “pause” button in our lives. Relax a little, and enjoy the people around you. Give yourself time to say “Hello” and “Thanks,” and count the blessings in your life made possible by others who made time for you.
