The Bylaws Committee and Church Council have completed a thorough review of the bylaws. The committee will present and discuss proposed changes and additions to the bylaws at two forums on Sunday, May 17th at 9:30 AM and 11:45 AM in Fenwick Hall. Proposed changes will be presented for adoption by the congregation at the Spring Meeting at 5:00 PM on May 17th. Proposed changes include the addition of two new commissions (Congregational Care and Communications), the creation of a Vice Treasurer position, and a new focus for the Membership Commission. A summary of the proposed changes, as well as a full mark-up showing all revisions, can be found at the church website (fccbellevue.org) in the Members, Documents Library section.
