Troop Support

Since 2003, Troop Support has been sending occassional ‘Care Packages’ to military personnel, who are connected to members of the church, serving in Iraq and Afghanistan.

This fund is currently running low.  If you have an interest in supporting this endeavor, a few donations would allow us to continue.  Also, we are planning to include some paperback books.  Pre-read books are fine!  If you have a few books you think soldiers may enjoy, bring them to the church office with a note for Troop Support.

The Outreach Commission thanks Trilby Jordan for her continued work in this area and for all those who have helped her over the years.  We also pay tribute to the memory of Sally Prior who was a frequent supporter of this effort.
