Chili Cook-Off – Friday, March 9, 6:30 p.m.

Test your culinary skills and face off against some of the best cooks in the congregation. Parish Life, in conjunction with Debi and Randy Wallingford, will sponsor a Chili Cook-Off on Friday, March 9. It’s a great way to sample several different types of chili, and a fantastic way to bring people together on a cold winter’s night. Debi and Randy Wallingford will be our hosts for this friendly competition for the best chili in these categories: chicken/turkey, beef/pork, and vegetarian.  We’ll vote on our favorites and award prizes to the winners.

The signup sheet will be posted in the Sanctuary lounge on Sunday, February 12. Please indicate what you’ll bring: hors d’oeuvres, salad, cornbread, chili, or dessert. We will provide maps/directions to the Wallingford’s around the end of February.

We hope you’ll join us for fellowship and some of the best chili you’ve ever tasted. Although we love your kids, this event is designed for adults.
