A Note from your Personnel Commission

We are relieved and pleased that our long wait for a settled pastor is almost over.  Kevin Brown will be welcomed to our staff as Lead Pastor on Sunday, October 10th.

Interim Pastor Paul Forman’s last day with us will be Sunday, October 3rd, at which time he and Kathie will return as members to their home base at University Congregational Church.

Interim Pastor Linda Roddis has graciously agreed to stay to help with the transition until the end of the year.  She will end her service to our congregation on December 31st.

We are pleased to report that Dwight Davis, who has worked with our middle and junior high youth for a number of years, has agreed to be the Coordinator for that age youth group for the coming program year.  Sally Moore has agreed to volunteer to help Dwight with the junior high youth group.

We welcome our new Organist, Richard Lind, and look forward to his weekly musical ministry.

Congratulations to Dennis Coleman who received the Seattle Mayor’s Arts Award and rejoice as he enters his 30th season leading our Choir!
