Senior High Youth Group
The Sr. High Youth Group members sing in the choir, play in the bell choir, teach church school, lead services as liturgists and ushers, play a leadership role in the Youth Sunday services, and focus the church’s commitment to service through the Mission trip.
The Sr. High Youth Group is made up of youth in grades 9-12. It meets during the 9:30-10:30 hour. Its Mission Statement is as follows:

- To provide an environment that is safe, fun and based in our Christian faith, for all youth who join us. Within this environment we hope to express ourselves, both in conversation and play, in a way that is comfortable and supportive of teenagers.
- To encourage and embrace each other, as we leave childhood and enter into adulthood, with both our words and actions.
- To expose ourselves to the many facets of Christian life through involvement within our youth group, the greater church life, and the community.
Activities
Activities for the senior high youth include lock-in social overnights, feeding the homeless men in November and a trip each year to assist the Habitat for Humanity in rebuilding homes in the Yakima area.
Staffing
The Sr. High Youth Group has one paid staff Member who coordinates, organizes, and leads events. Two adult volunteers help with actual events.
