Confirmation

Confirmation Ministry is an opportunity to explore your faith and spiritual journey. During confirmation, you can make new friends, meet a trusted mentor and shape your own spiritual life.

Confirmation has four parts:

  1. Attend Confirmation Classes: Attend one class a month. The first classes are held the first Sunday of the month or the First Tuesday of the month
  2. Meet with a Mentor: Every Confirmation Student has a mentor whom they meet with twice a month to go over lessons and talk about life and faith.
  3. Community Building Activities: These include: Ice skating, cooking for the Crossroads Feeding Program, a kidnap breakfast, and a student-planned event
  4. A Faith Statement for Confirmation Sunday: This can either be a written statement which you read or a project, such as a musical piece or a poem or a PowerPoint presentation.

Confirmation Service is Sunday, June 14, 2009. Save the Date. Put on your best. Call your Grandma.
