Children’s Faith Formation Program

Children preschool through 5th grade join their parents for the beginning of the 10:30 a.m. worship service. Following Time with Children, we usually meet in the Chapel for a brief period of music and prayer. The children are then dismissed to their classrooms where “Shepherds” and “Specialists” teach a flexible curriculum based on the Workshop Rotation model with activities tailored to each age group. Parents pick up their kids in the classrooms following the worship service. Each class is taught by a team of adult volunteers who take turns throughout the year. Adult members and friends of the church are encouraged to share their time and talents in our Church School.
