Angeline’s Eastside Women’s Center

In partnership with the YWCA, we offer a safe, day-time environment for homeless women. From 9-3 on weekdays, Angeline’s Eastside Women’s Center is a warm place where women can come to shower, wash clothes, receive lunch, and counseling.

The YWCA staff provides resources in terms of housing, counseling, employment, and medical treatment. Our church is involved as hosts and offers many ways to volunteer.  The Women’s Center Committee helps meet the needs of the center in a variety of ways as well as to help coordinate the congregations volunteer needs.  

The program is held in our newly remodeled Lindegren Lounge designed to meet the needs of the participants.  Our church coordinates all of the meals for the program which are provided by many faith partners as well as by ourselves.
