With the growth of our congregation, our church is currently making the transition from a long-time pastoral church (with one pastor) to a two-pastor model, while keeping those qualities of theology, music, and community that have traditionally drawn our congregation to this church in the first place. So our small, busy new staff is “wearing a lot of hats” as we build new ways of staffing the office, organizing activities, and communicating with the congregation.
